Catalog description

Restrictions: Junior standing or higher and departmental approval. This course provides students with the opportunity to conduct supervised research or independent study in psychology. Students may assist a faculty member with ongoing research or pursue an original project under the guidance of a faculty advisor. Emphasis is placed on applying research methods, ethical principles, and analytical skills developed throughout the program. Students will complete a final paper or presentation demonstrating the results of their research.
