Restriction: Senior standing. This capstone for business administration students focuses on the integration of concepts learnt in previous courses, such as marketing, finance, operations management, accounting, and organizational behavior and discusses the firm’s effort to seek competitive advantage. This course also deals with issues related to corporate social responsibility and ethics. Students learn about the impact of decision-making on performance and competitive advantage through a simulation game, case studies, and other projects. All BS Business students must earn a C or better in MGMT 492 to graduate.
