Prerequisites: ENGL 101 and ENGL 102 with a grade of C or higher; ENGL 102 may be taken concurrently as a co-requisite. Case studies focus on differing forms of material culture, belief systems, aesthetic norms, and artistic productions to develop an understanding of ancient and medieval world views. This course satisfies the three credit 200 GER in History and Humanities.
