Pre or Corequisites: FIN 315 . The course introduces students to the fundamental principles, valuation techniques, and analytical models that drive investment decision-making from the perspective of an individual investor. It equips students with both theoretical understanding and practical skills in security analysis and modern portfolio management. The course consists of two primary components. The first covers key investment theories, presenting the central ideas developed in academic literature. The second emphasizes practical application, providing students with analytical tools to apply their knowledge using real-time financial data and market information.
