Students will learn the system-level architecture of LLM applications, including orchestrators, autonomous agents, retrieval systems, memory layers, tool integration, safety controls, and observability. The course emphasizes practical, real-world engineering practices used in contemporary LLM system development. Students will build and evaluate an end-to-end intelligent system as their semester project.
