Introduction to Computer Science II in Python. 3 credits, 3 contact hours

Catalog description

Prerequisites: CS 100 , DS100, or DS 110 , with a grade C or better. The course uses Python as primary language to study advanced programming topics with logical structures of data, their physical representation, and the design of computer algorithms operating on the structures. The course covers program specifications, correctness and efficiency, data abstraction, and algorithm analysis. Students receiving degree credit for CS 118 cannot receive degree credit for CS 505 , CS 114 , or CS 116 .
