Catalog description

This is an intermediate course focusing on the principles of structural behavior in withstanding gravity and lateral forces and on the evolution, range, and appropriate application of structural systems and the criteria for selecting various structural systems in contemporary architecture. Specific architectural procedents from the 20th century are used as validating examples.
