Catalog description

This course introduces students to the domain of lifestyle medicine, where they will discover how everyday choices can transform well-being and health outcomes. Emphasizing evidence-based strategies, students explore the six essential pillars of lifestyle medicine ? nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, social connections, and avoidance of risky substance use ? and develop skills to apply these concepts in personal and professional contexts.
