Clinical Nursing Leadership Scholarly Project II

Catalog description

This course focuses on the integration of systems thinking when engaged in clinical nursing leadership. Emphasizes the development of the clinical nurse leader role at the micro-system level and with an aggregate focus (e.g., long term care; community/public health agencies; ambulatory care clinics; health centers; schools; and acute care settings). Online discussions focus student reflection on leadership experiences and emerging issues in health care delivery systems. A minimum of 167 hours is expected.
