Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition

Catalog description

This national moot court competition focuses on constitutional law and is sponsored by Charleston School of Law. Students will write a brief and participate in oral arguments during rounds of competition. Students must apply, try out and be accepted by the Moot Court Board for this traveling team. (Cue to the global pandemic, the competition this year (2020/21) will be virtual.)
