Catalog description

This patent moot court national competition is sponsored by the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA). The competition is comprised of regional meets in various cities across the nation and a national final meet in Washington, DC. Students write a brief and participate in oral argument during rounds of competition. Students must apply, try out, and be accepted by the Moot Court Board for this travelling team.
