Catalog description

A weekly seminar that supports students in making meaning of their semester-long, non-clinical work-based learning experience. Through guided discussion, journaling, and readings, students explore workplace expectations, communication, supervision, teamwork, professional identity, and the future of work. A final presentation and reflective activities help students connect their liberal arts education to their professional goals and articulate the value of their internship for future employment or graduate school applications.
