This course explores real estate as a vehicle for profit. The theory of value and the methods to evaluate value are learned, so as to allow entry into banking, private or institutional investment, or general real estate fields. The gathering of data and establishing investment criteria, tempered by risk analysis and the constraints of available financial resources, forms the focus of the course.
