Catalog description

This course is designed to provide students with language, knowledge, techniques, and skills necessary for a career in the agriculture industry, specifically for agricultural service providers or farm business operators. Students will gain foundational context regarding agricultural and financial record keeping and building financial statements. They will then apply their knowledge in collaboratively developing a realistic, detailed whole farm record keeping plan and financial statement package for a model farm.
