Computerized dietary analysis systems, growth charts, national surveys of dietary intake, biochemical parameters and physical signs of nutritional status, and anthropometric assessment techniques. Three hour lecture, three hour laboratory. Pre-requisite(s): NUTR 223 , MATH 120 or higher; All pre-requisites must have a grade of C- or higher . $25 lab fee
