Classroom Management Secondary

Catalog description

Emphasis on effective classroom management techniques and management programs for the secondary school environment. Student develop and evaluate teaching philosophies and classroom management plans. Topics include school and classroom climates, student motivation, effective communication, and problem solving. Field experience hours required. Pre-requisite(s): Admission to the Teacher Preparation Program. (Pre-requisite(s) do not apply to ARL and Post-Baccalaureate students.)
