Catalog description

This course aims to help students become more critically vigilant media consumers and producers by exposing them to the base complexities of media literacy; introducing them to the theories and methods of analysis necessary to interpret/evaluate media content; and provide them with opportunities to create and promote their own media messages. Satisfies Humanities Core Curriculum.
