Catalog description

Overview of the processes, organisms, populations and communities of desert and mountain ecosystems with a focus on the Mojave and local (Southern Nevada) systems. This course will apply ecological principles and practices, including natural history and observation, scientific inquiry and ecological research. Pre-requisite(s): BIOL 191 , BIOL 220 or ENV 220 , MATH 126 .
