Catalog description
This course provides students with theoretical models of ASL interpretation that will provide a framework to analyze their work in both simultaneous and consecutive interpretation. Students will combine theoretical knowledge with practical and hands-on practice to develop their interpreting abilities with a variety of perspectives, settings, registers, and discourse styles. Pre-requisites: AM 205.
