Candidates in this course will partner with classroom or pre-service teachers to help them examine their teaching, reflect on their practice and support their goals for professional growth. Candidates completing this course will build upon previous coursework to apply their learning by conducting coaching cycles using pre-observation and post-observation conferences. Candidates will use data and reflection to grow in their coaching practice.
