Supply chain management is the design and management of business processes needed to turn raw materials from suppliers into products and services that meet the needs of the final customer. The goals of this course center around providing students with the foundations of supply chain management and effectively managing the flow of goods, information, and services to obtain sustainable competitive advantage within an industry. Students will develop critical thinking skills focused on business process analysis and the use of key performance indicators to determine operational efficiencies for all organization levels.
