Catalog description

Artificial intelligence (AI), including machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, computer vision, robotics, and natural language processing, is transforming how organizations create value and organize work. AI now enables automation, personalization, predictive analytics, and improved decision support across industries. These advances also raise important issues related to ethics, governance, regulation, and workforce impact. This course prepares future managers to understand, evaluate, and govern AI initiatives, emphasizing strategy, data and AI governance, organizational design, risk management, and responsible implementation.
