Students engage in advanced, discipline-specific experiential learning that bridges academic theory with professional practice in healthcare, logistics, and/or supply chain environments. Through applied projects and workplace immersion, students enhance their analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills while addressing real-world operational and strategic challenges. Emphasis is placed on the integration of systems thinking, data-informed decision-making, and ethical considerations in complex organizational contexts. Students will produce a portfolio of professional work demonstrating their ability to apply graduate-level knowledge to practical settings. Assessment will include self-reflection, employer feedback, and faculty evaluation to ensure meaningful synthesis of academic learning and experiential outcomes.
