Catalog description

This project-based course helps students define and achieve personal and professional goals through real world problem solving. You will work on authentic projects with partner companies while applying design thinking and agile methodology to frame problems, iterate on solutions, and deliver outcomes. The course develops self-awareness, professional communication, critical thinking, leadership, collaboration, and effective team work and reflection. Experiential learning anchors the course as students manage projects, respond to feedback, and adapt to change. The skills developed in this course support lifelong learning, effective leadership, and professional growth.
