Catalog description

Advanced work in current issues and trends in specific aspects of pre-K to 12th grade music education. Introduces a variety of pedagogical approaches to develop pre-K to 12th student creativity through improvisation. Instrumental and voice activities appropriate to a variety of developmental levels will be experienced and practiced. Multicultural and psychological perspectives on creativity and improvisation will be studied.
