Micro- (perception, personality and attitudes, motivation, and learning) interactive (group dynamics, conflict, stress, power and politics, and leadership), and macro- (communication, decision making, organization theory and design, and organizational culture) levels of analysis. Applications for performance improvement and organizational change and development.
