May engage in the types of litigation-related activities in other litigation-focused clinics at the College of Law engage: client counseling, factual investigation and development, litigation planning, drafting of pleadings, conducting informal and formal discovery, negotiation, mediation, memo and brief writing, trial work and, if necessary, appellate work.
