Catalog description

Provides an extensive examination of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Act, U.S. economic embargos and related Executive Orders, as well as discussion of the foreign policy and national security interests influencing US laws, regulations and policy. Particular emphasis will be given to the ongoing efforts to reform the US export control system with regard to spacecraft.
