Public Law Colloquium

Catalog description

Introduction to contemporary scholarship in public law, with particular emphasis on the structure of governmental and democratic institutions. Outside scholars present and discuss works in progress with enrolled participants and UNL faculty. Emphasis on critical analysis of legal scholarship through close reading of works in progress, guided discussion and question development, short response papers addressing multiple aspects of the scholarship, and participation in academic workshop-style exchanges with visiting scholars.
