Catalog description

Introduction to the basics of legal interviewing (lawyer interaction with a client for the purpose of identifying the client's problem and gathering information on which the solution to that problem can be based) and counseling (a process in which lawyers help clients reach decisions). Course work includes class discussion, reading materials, demonstrations, and role play exercises and interviews.
