Catalog description

Review and examination of the history of Presidential space policies regarding space commercialization. Exploration of the work of all key federal agencies charged with licensing and regulating the commercial space transportation and satellite industries and the statutes that give these agencies this authority and the rules that the agencies administer and enforce. Students will engage in a simulation of a condensed commercial space business transaction - from business plan to launch.
