Catalog description

The primary objective of this course is for students to learn about selected laws, legal systems, and public policies of other democratic societies and compare them with their counterparts in the United States. By comparing and analyzing the legal rules, structures, and law-driven public polices of other democratic societies, students will develop and strengthen their legal reasoning and critical thinking skills.
