This course examines sexual functioning through a systemic perspective as it relates to clinical practice with individual adults and couples. Research and theories pertaining to sexual development, sexual behavior and expression, and relational sexual functioning are explored. Assessment and treatment of sexual and associated partner relational dysfunctions are examined from theoretical and applied perspectives.
