Examines issues faced by beginning or returning Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) teachers. Possible issues are classroom management, planning, selecting resources, and other critical issues to the new teacher. The theory and its application to the students' educational setting discussed for each issue. Includes how teachers can mentor and support one another as a collaborative group.
