Exploration of migration in a global context, including how policies shape emigration and immigration of families in different parts of the world. Specific attention will be paid to the social, cultural, political, and economic factors related to early childhood education, parenting, adolescent identity, marriage and relationships, elder care, health and wellbeing, and host-country integration.
