Ecological Systems Theory (EST) as a foundation to understanding the complex college environment and how basic life skills can be used to achieve success in college. How to apply EST to the following challenges: study skills and time management; awareness of diversity of thought and action; leadership; community service and social responsibility; money management; coping with stress; developing health social relationships; and career exploration.
