Continuation of CNST 378 with emphasis on the determination of total project cost and preparation of complete bid proposals for self-performed and subcontracted commercial projects. Evaluation and analysis of subcontractor bids to determine overall project costs by completing a hard bid simulation scenario. Exploration of contract delivery methods and their effect on overall project cost.
