Human skeletal identification and trauma analysis as a model for understanding the applied field of forensic anthropology. Focuses on the wider scope of human skeletal biology dealing with problems of medico-legal significance, primarily in the determination of personal identity and cause of death from skeletonized human remains, as well as both interpretation and analysis of biological data toward this aim.
