REL 672E
Non-Dualism in Theory and Practice
Naropa University · UGRD · Fall 2026
1 section
Catalog description
An exploration of issues in the study of what is often regarded as the most profound element of religious life: the non-dual and the mystical. How do we study the deepest elements of our own and other religious traditions? How do we remain conscious of the impact of our own assumptions, experiences, and aspirations? Through these questions, we interrogate and problematize both the non-dual experience and the scholarly endeavor, exploring fundamental considerations for the contemplative study of religion and spirituality. Course offered online.
