Experiential Anatomy

Catalog description

This course provides a framework to study the skeletal, organ, muscular, and nervous systems from a Western, scientific, and experiential/personal perspective. Through a combination of anatomical information, guided imagery, improvisation, and movement, the body can become a creative source for artistic response, increased sensory awareness, and body-mind synchronization.
