Intro to Tech Theater

Catalog description

This course presents an overview of the elements, processes, and traditions of theatrical design. The students will be introduced to the use of computer aided design and other tools in the design process used in most theatres today. The students will become familiar with tools used in the design process, begin developing their own personal design aesthetic, and develop an understanding of the evolution of theatre design.
