Catalog description

A Muskegon Community College physical card must be on file in the Physical Education Office prior to the beginning of participation in class. Sport Judo and Self Defense II (Jujutsu) will include advanced techniques enabling the student to become more skilled in Martial Arts such as KATA (forms) and SHIAI (competition).
