Catalog description

This course explores principles, methods, and practical applications of User Experience (UX) design. Students will understand the creations of digital products prioritizing user satisfaction, accessibility, and business objectives. The course covers career options, user research, persona creation, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, usability evaluation, and ethical considerations, preparing students to enter the field of UX or further their education in design. Through hands-on projects, research and exposure to industry-standard tools, students will integrate theory with practical skills, preparing them for real-world UX challenges.
