Introduction to Geology

Catalog description

Physical geology is the scientific study of the materials, structures and systems of the planet Earth. Students will investigate the processes affecting the interior and exterior of the Earth, and the rocks, minerals, and structures produced by these processes. The course may include a one-day weekend field trip, weather permitting.
