Catalog description

This course introduces the fundamental principles of electronics, focusing on the analysis and application of basic electronic components and circuits. Topics include capacitors, diodes, transistors, and operational amplifiers, as well as power supplies and digital logic. Students will explore how these components are used in practical circuits and systems. The course also introduces microprocessors and their role in modern electronic devices, covering basic architecture, programming concepts, and simple interfacing techniques. Laboratory exercises reinforce theoretical concepts through hands-on circuit design, testing, and troubleshooting using modern electronic instruments and simulation tools.
