Catalog description

Studio course training in introductory traditional and contemporary modern dance technique, building upon the foundation of coordination, alignment, spatial awareness, range of movement, dynamics, rhythmic phrasing, and its potential for expression as an art form. Students will become familiar with modern dance terminology and progressions, including exercises and movement phrases on all vertical levels.
