Catalog description

Note: this course is restricted to current Nursing students. This course is designed to provide the student with the theoretical foundation for the clinical application of nutrition principles in relation to stress adaptation throughout the nursing curriculum. The focus of the course is on the identification of the role of nutrients in maintaining man's dynamic equilibrium and the use of therapeutic diets for clients.
