This course is designed to introduce the student to concepts for COHAT (Comprehensive Oral Health Assessment and Treatment) which will include basic dental anatomy, pathologies and treatment, performing the oral examination and charting, intraoral radiography, manual and ultrasonic scaling, client education and home care, and instrument use and maintenance.
