Catalog description

This course will introduce advanced skills and hone the fundamental skills presented in the introductory courses. Emphasis is placed on technical skills, tactical and strategic development, physical conditioning, and the mental and psychological aspects of wrestling. Students will also explore team strategies and individual performance principles in the context of competition.
