Marching Band Winds

Catalog description

Study, rehearsal, and public performance of music and movement appropriate to wind instruments in a marching band. On- and off-campus performances. Admission by audition. Emphasis is placed on development of the expressive, technical, musical, and physical skills required to execute musical and movement drills in real time. Memorization of field shows is required; Repertoire and movement drills vary by semester.
